Category:Birds building nests[edit]
seems to be a duplicate to Category:Birds nesting Reseletti (talk) 14:10, 23 June 2020 (UTC)
- Not at all!
- Category:Birds nesting are for example breeding birds, birds feeding young etc. Everything where a bird has a nest and lives in or with it.
- Category:Birds building nests are birds, which carry sticks, grass, feathers and add them to the nest, as it is not yet ready or they want to repair or change it.
- Category:Birds building nests may be a subcategory of Category:Birds nesting, depending if you think nesting begins with nest construcion, but it is not the same, as a nest with a breeding bird or chicks is usually ready and no nestbuilding activity occurs then.

- I think of "nesting" as a synonym for building a nest. Perhaps Category:Birds nesting could be moved to Category:Birds in nests? - Themightyquill (talk) 11:32, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
